Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Kitty and Creeper. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds for all products, including both physical items and digital downloads.


 

Physical Product Returns (Used Board Games, etc.)

 

We accept returns on all physical products for any reason within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (where applicable) and include all original parts and components.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us first. Do not send your item back to us without a return confirmation.

Please provide the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • The name of the item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on where to send the package.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • For Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and full instructions.


 

Digital Product Returns (PDFs)

 

All sales of digital downloads (PDFs) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned” in a way that prevents you from keeping the file, we are unable to offer refunds for these purchases.

The only exception is if a file is corrupted or you received the wrong file. In that case, please contact us immediately, and we will work to send you a correct, working version of your purchased product. If we are unable to provide a functional file, a refund may be issued.


 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We take great care in packaging all our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damage to the item and the packaging.

  2. Contact us immediately with your order number and the photos.

  3. Do not attempt to repair the item or dispose of the packaging, as this may be required for a shipping claim.

We will then work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
